Meet the Grehamer & Company team

BAS GREGOOR
Managing Partner
Bas set up his own company, Gregoor Vastgoed, in 2011 focusing on initiating and mediating investment transactions. Here he gained vast experience in development projects and in the redevelopment of existing real estate. Between 2013 and 2020 he built up the real estate label Cityside Apartments with Rik Klinkhamer.
Bas gives his team the freedom and flexibility to take initiatives that ensure development and change, and the ongoing improvement in the rental and management of real estate. With his entrepreneurship and extensive network in real estate and finance, Bas knows how to add value to existing properties. His proven track record stems from his pioneering spirit and determination, as well as his pursuit of mutual 'win-win' situations.

RIK KLINKHAMER
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner, Rik focuses on the financial aspects of the Grehamer portfolio and on new ventures within Grehamer Invest. His background in business administration and his vast experience help him to identify and guide young, unique companies which, with additional capital and a strengthened company structure, have the potential to grow. Focus, attention to detail, passion and energy are concepts that Rik not only expects of himself but also of his business partners.
His knowledge of financial structures combined with his experience with mergers & acquisitions, as well as his track record in generating returns, make Rik a highly valued sparring partner among financiers.

Wim Eilander
Director
Driven and enterprising are qualities that characterize Wim's career. From 2014 to 2023 by ING as director of Private Banking and Wealth Management, where as a banker he gained extensive management experience and knowledge in the field of finance, financial planning and asset management, including real estate and private equity.
Wim was not only entrepreneurial as an employee, but from 2000 to 2014 he was an independent entrepreneur and owner of the financial consultancy Eilander & Partners in Apeldoorn
The basis for the structure and discipline that Wim uses in his work is laid at the Ministry of Defence, where he spent the first 8 years of his career as an officer in the army.
In 2012, Wim completed a master's degree in Financial Planning at Erasmus University and from 2017 to 2020 he completed the Executive MBA MSc at TSM Business School, where he developed further on a business, personal and academic level.
Wim is pragmatic and result-oriented and has the following personal 'goal': "Together with a lot of 'fun' achieved challenging ambitions that you can be proud of"
Within Grehamer, Wim focuses on the internal organization, structuring and managing funds, relationship management, acquisition and project management, both within Invest and Real Estate.

Maarten Bosscher
Director Invest
Maarten’s professional motivation is to support entrepreneurs to grow and improve their business. Building on his multidisciplinary experience in strategy, operations and finance, he fulfils this role with Grehamer Invest's existing investments and is also responsible for the healthy expansion of the portfolio. Before joining Grehamer Invest, Maarten worked as an independent business advisor for SMEs, focusing on strategy development, M&A and operational and organisational improvement projects; Cityside Apartments was one of his clients. Before that he worked for eight years with PepsiCo; initially as operational manager for the production of Lays and Smiths and later as Financial Director. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Maarten was trained as a technical physics engineer at the University of Twente and did an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

RICK ADRIAANSE
Finance Manager
Rick can draw on over 4 years of work experience with an accounting firm. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (MER) and is currently in the final stages of his Master’s in Controlling at Nyenrode Business University. Rick derives great energy from setting up an effective and efficient financial control environment.

Melvin has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a minor in Property & Real Estate. He is inspired by his wide variety of tasks and working in a young, ambitious and flexible organization. He sees these as forming an integral part of working at Grehamer & Company.

ETIÈNNE LUYTEN
Asset Manager
Since April 2023, Etienne Luyten has been back in the Grehamer & Company team. In his role as Asset Manager, he manages the corporate and private portfolio and supports acquisition processes of new projects.
Prior to his current role, he was part of the commercial team of Fijn Wonen (Van Wijnen), and previously worked as Asset Manager at Grehamer & Company. In addition, Etienne can rely on his acquired knowledge and experience as a Real Estate Agent at Rodenburg Makelaars.
Working together with colleagues who have the same work mentality and who all want to go for the maximum achievable, in combination with not losing sight of the comfort and importance of our tenants, that is what Etiènne sees as what working within Grehamer & Company stands for.

Jeanine Buiter
Asset Manager
Working with a young and dynamic team is one of the reasons why Jeanine is back in the Grehamer & Company team. Cityside Apartments, which belonged to the current owners of Grehamer & Company until 2020, has worked for years as an employee. In her new role as Asset Manager at Grehamer Real Estate, she is responsible for all management activities and maintaining contact with the (commercial) tenants.
After the sale of Cityside Apartments, Jeanine worked as a technical property manager. She graduated from Facility Management with a minor Facility Management and Real Estate at Saxion in Deventer.

Finance & Control
After graduating in Management, Economics & Law with a minor in Real Estate Management, Corine worked at an engineering firm where she was responsible for, among other things, financial project monitoring. She can apply this work experience and the real estate management knowledge she acquired during her studies in her new position at Grehamer & Company.
What Corine finds particularly appealing is the combination of finance, project monitoring and office management tasks: she has a broad and independent position within the company with a wealth of responsibilities.

Remco Edelenbos
Process & Information Specialist
Remco Edelenbos has been part of the Grehamer & Company team since April 1. As a Process & Information Specialist he is an important addition to the Invest branch. In his position, he will support participants in online process improvements, automation and guidance, and he will implement process improvements internally to make working at Grehamer & Company even better.
Before his current role, he gained practical experience with his previous employer and implemented process optimizations at one of the now affiliated participants of Grehamer & Company.

Mirjam Welvering
Allround Office Management
Structure and order in the financial administration is indispensable and Mirjam has been making an important contribution to this since January 2022. She takes care of the administration and follow-up of debtors and creditors for both Grehamer Invest and Grehamer Real Estate. In addition, Mirjam supports the team with facility tasks.
She previously worked for a valuation and consultancy firm for 6 years as an all-round office employee. Before that she worked as a secretary at various real estate offices.
Voorheen werkte ze 6 jaar bij een taxatie- en adviesbureau als Allround Officemedewerker. Daarvoor heeft ze gewerkt als secretaresse bij verschillende Makelaardij kantoren.

Julia Ubbink
Project Support
From August 20, Julia Ubbink will be part of team Grehamer & Company. As project support, Julia supports real estate projects and administrative tasks.
Julia is no stranger to the team, from February to June 2021 she did an internship as a Real Estate intern. During her internship she researched the changes of transformation in real estate. As a third-year business student at the Hogeschool Utrecht, she is looking forward to further developing her knowledge within real estate.
