BAS GREGOOR

Managing Partner

Bas – 2019 ‘Real Estate Influences - knows the world of real estate inside out. After completing his higher economics and business administration training in Arnhem (HEAO), he started his career at the SNS Bank as a Companies & Institutions account manager with a focus on real estate financing. He went on to gain experience in real estate as a partner at Hunink & Holtrigter Makelaars in Apeldoorn.

Bas set up his own company, Gregoor Vastgoed, in 2011 focusing on initiating and mediating investment transactions. Here he gained vast experience in development projects and in the redevelopment of existing real estate. Between 2013 and 2020 he built up the real estate label Cityside Apartments with Rik Klinkhamer.

Bas gives his team the freedom and flexibility to take initiatives that ensure development and change, and the ongoing improvement in the rental and management of real estate. With his entrepreneurship and extensive network in real estate and finance, Bas knows how to add value to existing properties. His proven track record stems from his pioneering spirit and determination, as well as his pursuit of mutual 'win-win' situations.

RIK KLINKHAMER

Managing Partner

Rik is an entrepreneur 'par excellence'. Following his training at the Small Business School in Haarlem, he focused on the emerging online market, with initiatives such as specialist business gifts with Businessgifts-online.nl (2001) and Tintelingen (2003), specialized in customized Christmas hampers. During this period he also completed his Master’s in Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University. In 2013 he co-founded Cityside Apartments, the real estate label that he developed with Bas Gregoor.

As Managing Partner, Rik focuses on the financial aspects of the Grehamer portfolio and on new ventures within Grehamer Invest. His background in business administration and his vast experience help him to identify and guide young, unique companies which, with additional capital and a strengthened company structure, have the potential to grow. Focus, attention to detail, passion and energy are concepts that Rik not only expects of himself but also of his business partners.

His knowledge of financial structures combined with his experience with mergers & acquisitions, as well as his track record in generating returns, make Rik a highly valued sparring partner among financiers.

Maarten Bosscher

Director Invest

Maarten’s professional motivation is to support entrepreneurs to grow and improve their business. Building on his multidisciplinary experience in strategy, operations and finance, he fulfils this role with Grehamer Invest's existing investments and is also responsible for the healthy expansion of the portfolio. Before joining Grehamer Invest, Maarten worked as an independent business advisor for SMEs, focusing on strategy development, M&A and operational and organisational improvement projects; Cityside Apartments was one of his clients. Before that he worked for eight years with PepsiCo; initially as operational manager for the production of Lays and Smiths and later as Financial Director. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Maarten was trained as a technical physics engineer at the University of Twente and did an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Kasper Bakker

Director Invest – M&A

Kasper started at Grehamer Invest in 2022, where he is mainly responsible for the acquisition and disposal processes of portfolio companies, as well as finding and screening potential investments. His entrepreneurial character also ensures that he advises our portfolio companies on a strategic level.

Before joining Grehamer Invest, Kasper worked for 9 years in the M&A practice at EY Amsterdam. In that position he supervised several transactions, including the sale of Cityside Apartments. In addition, he advised several companies on financing structures and capital raisings. His experience in various sectors within corporate finance, as well as his experience in real estate, ensures a good fit within Grehamer & Company. Kasper graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master's degree in Finance.

RICK ADRIAANSE

Finance Manager

Rick joined Grehamer & Company in 2018. Working in Finance & Control, he is responsible for all financial processes within the company. He keeps the management updated with periodic reports and other operating information. Rick also maintains contact with accountants, tax specialists, lenders and other advisers.

Rick can draw on over 4 years of work experience with an accounting firm. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (MER) and is currently in the final stages of his Master’s in Controlling at Nyenrode Business University. Rick derives great energy from setting up an effective and efficient financial control environment.

MELVIN LINK

Development Manager

Melvin has worked for Grehamer & Company since 2015. He was responsible for assets management until 2017 after which he took over responsibility for permit processes and planning. In August 2019 Melvin added to this role, combining it with advising organisations in which Grehamer Invest has an interest. His role as Business Consultant aligns perfectly with his master’s degree in Management Studies, which he is currently completing at Nyenrode Business University.

Melvin has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a minor in Property & Real Estate. He is inspired by his wide variety of tasks and working in a young, ambitious and flexible organization. He sees these as forming an integral part of working at Grehamer & Company.

Jeanine Buiter

Asset Manager

Working with a young and dynamic team is one of the reasons why Jeanine is back in the Grehamer & Company team. Cityside Apartments, which belonged to the current owners of Grehamer & Company until 2020, has worked for years as an employee. In her new role as Asset Manager at Grehamer Real Estate, she is responsible for all management activities and maintaining contact with the (commercial) tenants.

After the sale of Cityside Apartments, Jeanine worked as a technical property manager. She graduated from Facility Management with a minor Facility Management and Real Estate at Saxion in Deventer.

CORINE HOP

Finance & Control

Corine started at Grehamer & Company in February 2017 in the Budget & Calculation department. In June 2020 she took on the post of Finance & Control. In this new position she is primarily concerned with insurance, the financial monitoring of budgets, reporting and HR, and is jointly responsible for the financial administration of Grehamer & Company. Her duties also include various support tasks in the field of office management and debtor/creditor management.

After graduating in Management, Economics & Law with a minor in Real Estate Management, Corine worked at an engineering firm where she was responsible for, among other things, financial project monitoring. She can apply this work experience and the real estate management knowledge she acquired during her studies in her new position at Grehamer & Company.

What Corine finds particularly appealing is the combination of finance, project monitoring and office management tasks: she has a broad and independent position within the company with a wealth of responsibilities.

Remco Edelenbos

Process & Information Specialist

Remco Edelenbos has been part of the Grehamer & Company team since April 1. As a Process & Information Specialist he is an important addition to the Invest branch. In his position, he will support participants in online process improvements, automation and guidance, and he will implement process improvements internally to make working at Grehamer & Company even better.

Before his current role, he gained practical experience with his previous employer and implemented process optimizations at one of the now affiliated participants of Grehamer & Company.

Margot Smit

Marketing & Communication

The size of Grehamer’s Real Estate and Investment portfolio is increasing and so is the visibility of the company.

In December 2020 Margot joined Grehamer as a Marketing and Communication specialist: for both Grehamer Real Estate and Grehamer Invest she is responsible for unambiguous positioning and clear communication.

She gained commercial experience as a sales consultant at Eijerkamp, and did an internship at PON. Margot has completed her bachelor’s degree in Communication Management with a minor Psychology at the Hogeschool Utrecht.

Mirjam Welvering

Allround Office Management

Structure and order in the financial administration is indispensable and Mirjam has been making an important contribution to this since January 2022. She takes care of the administration and follow-up of debtors and creditors for both Grehamer Invest and Grehamer Real Estate. In addition, Mirjam supports the team with facility tasks.

She previously worked for a valuation and consultancy firm for 6 years as an all-round office employee. Before that she worked as a secretary at various real estate offices.

Voorheen werkte ze 6 jaar bij een taxatie- en adviesbureau als Allround Officemedewerker. Daarvoor heeft ze gewerkt als secretaresse bij verschillende Makelaardij kantoren.

Project coordinator

Jos joined Grehamer & Company in December 2015 and followed the same trajectory as his colleague and brother Bas. Starting out as an all-round construction worker, he soon progressed to the position of project coordinator. In this position, he is responsible for project logistics, monitoring the project plan, facilitating a safe working environment, maintaining direct contact with subcontractors on the work floor and ensuring project quality.

Jos studied for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the Johan Cruyff University for top athletes. This, along with his baseball career and practical experience, have given him the necessary skills to successfully carry out this work. Jos really enjoys being part of a young and dynamic organisation, with a pleasant working environment, contact with people and making real change to a city landscape by transforming buildings.

Project coordinator

Bas started his career with Grehamer & Company in 2015 as an all-round construction worker but quickly grew into the role of project coordinator. In this position he is responsible for all the 'ins and outs of construction’: project logistics, monitoring the project plan, facilitating a safe working environment, maintaining direct contact with subcontractors on the work floor and maintaining quality.

As project coordinator, Bas makes full use of the competencies he acquired as a top athlete. As a baseball player with the Dutch national team, he had to be able to work in a team, perform under pressure, and have good communicative skills and an eye for detail. Bas is inspired to use these qualities to get everyone working from the same page during a project and to work to tight deadlines in order to deliver the high quality that is expected.

FRITZ SCHMIDT

Electrical engineer

Frits started working at Grehamer & Company in February 2019. Before that he worked for an installation company where he gained a wealth of experience and knowledge. He has been involved in several major projects, from homes to office buildings. When Grehamer & Company was looking for a permanent first mechanic for the electrical engineering, Frits saw this as a new challenge enabling him to work on special and unique projects.

In his position as first technician, he is responsible for the coordination and realisation of the overall electrical installation and is the first point of contact for the contractors and subcontractors. Fritz completed his intermediate vocational training at the Deltion College in Zwolle. Because of his work experience and passion for the profession, he is now a specialist in his field.

Julia Ubbink

Project Support

From August 20, Julia Ubbink will be part of team Grehamer & Company. As project support, Julia supports real estate projects and administrative tasks.

Julia is no stranger to the team, from February to June 2021 she did an internship as a Real Estate intern. During her internship she researched the changes of transformation in real estate. As a third-year business student at the Hogeschool Utrecht, she is looking forward to further developing her knowledge within real estate.

The monumental villa at Kerklaan 33 in Apeldoorn is not a contemporary office space. The object from 1883, adjacent to the Oranjepark, is characterized by large stained glass windows, cornices and richly profiled corner pilasters. In 2021 this office has undergone a stunning transformation with an eye for characteristic details. A perfect combination between classic and modern, a wonderful base for Grehamer & Company.
