BAS GREGOOR
Managing Partner
Bas set up his own company, Gregoor Vastgoed, in 2011 focusing on initiating and mediating investment transactions. Here he gained vast experience in development projects and in the redevelopment of existing real estate. Between 2013 and 2020 he built up the real estate label Cityside Apartments with Rik Klinkhamer.
Bas gives his team the freedom and flexibility to take initiatives that ensure development and change, and the ongoing improvement in the rental and management of real estate. With his entrepreneurship and extensive network in real estate and finance, Bas knows how to add value to existing properties. His proven track record stems from his pioneering spirit and determination, as well as his pursuit of mutual 'win-win' situations.

As Managing Partner, Rik focuses on the financial aspects of the Grehamer portfolio and on new ventures within Grehamer Invest. His background in business administration and his vast experience help him to identify and guide young, unique companies which, with additional capital and a strengthened company structure, have the potential to grow. Focus, attention to detail, passion and energy are concepts that Rik not only expects of himself but also of his business partners.
His knowledge of financial structures combined with his experience with mergers & acquisitions, as well as his track record in generating returns, make Rik a highly valued sparring partner among financiers.

Maarten Bosscher
Director Invest
Maarten’s professional motivation is to support entrepreneurs to grow and improve their business. Building on his multidisciplinary experience in strategy, operations and finance, he fulfils this role with Grehamer Invest's existing investments and is also responsible for the healthy expansion of the portfolio. Before joining Grehamer Invest, Maarten worked as an independent business advisor for SMEs, focusing on strategy development, M&A and operational and organisational improvement projects; Cityside Apartments was one of his clients. Before that he worked for eight years with PepsiCo; initially as operational manager for the production of Lays and Smiths and later as Financial Director. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Maarten was trained as a technical physics engineer at the University of Twente and did an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Finance Manager
Rick can draw on over 4 years of work experience with an accounting firm. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (MER) and is currently in the final stages of his Master’s in Controlling at Nyenrode Business University. Rick derives great energy from setting up an effective and efficient financial control environment.

Arnout Selles
Plan Developer
Creating something new from something old – that’s what motivates Arnout at Grehamer Real Estate. As a Plan Developer with extensive experience and a good measure of pragmatism, Arnout makes an important contribution to the return on investment on complex real estate projects. He gives substance to the development process, among other things by providing technical input for permit applications, translating requirements into action plans and coordinating, and in some cases even carrying out, the necessary work preparation. He held a similar position between 2017 and the end of 2020 in a medium-sized construction company. Before that he was one of the driving forces behind Cityside Apartments.
Arnout has a Bachelors degree in Architecture from the Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle.

After graduating in Management, Economics & Law with a minor in Real Estate Management, Corine worked at an engineering firm where she was responsible for, among other things, financial project monitoring. She can apply this work experience and the real estate management knowledge she acquired during her studies in her new position at Grehamer & Company.
What Corine finds particularly appealing is the combination of finance, project monitoring and office management tasks: she has a broad and independent position within the company with a wealth of responsibilities.

BOB KLAARENBEEK
Business Development
In May 2020 Bob took on the post of Business Developer at Grehamer & Company. He is inspired by working with colleagues to make the organisation just that little bit better every day. He now applies his sporting mentality and experience to his work as Business Developer. He continually motivates and supports his colleagues to get the best possible results.
Being part of a young and dynamic organisation such as Grehamer & Company, as well as his close contact and communication with people are just a few of the reasons why he appreciates his work at Grehamer & Company so much.

Jaycilee Teterissa
Administration
Structure and order in the financial administration are indispensable and Jaycilee has been making a significant contribution to this as a financial administrative assistant since the end of 2020. She takes care of the administration and follow-up of debtors and creditors for both Grehamer Real Estate and Grehamer Invest. Previously she worked at an administration and accounting firm, first as a receptionist and later as an administrative assistant.
Jaycilee has successfully completed a course in Basic Accountancy at LOI, as well as a course in Social Cultural Work at the ROC Aventus in Apeldoorn.

Margot Smit
Marketing & Communication
The size of Grehamer’s Real Estate and Investment portfolio is increasing and so is the visibility of the company.
In December 2020 Margot joined Grehamer as a Marketing and Communication specialist: for both Grehamer Real Estate and Grehamer Invest she is responsible for unambiguous positioning and clear communication.
She gained commercial experience as a sales consultant at Eijerkamp, and did an internship at PON. Margot has completed her bachelor’s degree in Communication Management with a minor Psychology at the Hogeschool Utrecht.

Jos studied for a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at the Johan Cruyff University for top athletes. This, along with his baseball career and practical experience, have given him the necessary skills to successfully carry out this work. Jos really enjoys being part of a young and dynamic organisation, with a pleasant working environment, contact with people and making real change to a city landscape by transforming buildings.

As project coordinator, Bas makes full use of the competencies he acquired as a top athlete. As a baseball player with the Dutch national team, he had to be able to work in a team, perform under pressure, and have good communicative skills and an eye for detail. Bas is inspired to use these qualities to get everyone working from the same page during a project and to work to tight deadlines in order to deliver the high quality that is expected.

In his position as first technician, he is responsible for the coordination and realisation of the overall electrical installation and is the first point of contact for the contractors and subcontractors. Fritz completed his intermediate vocational training at the Deltion College in Zwolle. Because of his work experience and passion for the profession, he is now a specialist in his field.

As a third-year Facility and Real Estate student at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Jur will complete his internship at Grehamer Real Estate in February 2021. Looking to orient himself in the world of real estate, he intends to do a Masters degree at the Amsterdam Real Estate school after successfully completing his current studies.
Jur is a real go-getter; he successfully completed his foundation year in one year whilst also holding down several part-time jobs. At Grehamer & Company we are looking forward to offering him with an instructive and rewarding experience.

On the second floor of De Marktstraat you’ll find an inspiring office space that you’d sooner expect in the Randstad. Spatial, light & industrial in nature, a perfect match with Grehamer & Company. Built in the 60’s for the forerunner of Rabobank, with ceramics on the facades and a spacious gallery of windows on both sides. In this way you have an intriguing view of the ‘back’ of the city center of Apeldoorn on both sides of the workspace. Moreover, if you look down the side of the Markstraat you look into the cozy Marktstraat, with its watercourse, terraces and specialty stores. A great base for the Grehamer & Company team!
