Stationsstraat 178 was built in the early 1990s by Draisma Bouw. Several companies housed here, but the property became vacant over the years. The 'Marktzicht' project will include 33 luxury homes. The homes range from 66 to 130 square meters, each with its own balcony. The new homes will be realized in collaboration with Draisma Bouw.
The building will have a completely new facade with lots of greenery added.
