Former photography school Apeldoorn / Parkzicht Apeldoorn
In mid-November 2019, Grehamer & Company was able to add the property at Henri Dunantlaan 2 in Apeldoorn to its portfolio. The old Fotovakschool in Apeldoorn is a municipal monument. This is not the first monument Grehamer & Company has remodeled. The building has a beautiful location in Apeldoorn-West, in a green area next to the "Sprengenpark. The property was completed in April 2021.

The building has characteristic features such as the tall windows, mosaic tiles and slate floors. These elements remain in original condition, allowing the property to retain its character. Solar panels were installed on the roof, allowing the property to generate green energy in the future. One of the most radical changes to the property is the old gymnasium where an additional floor was built and 10 homes were developed.

In 1955, Princess Irene opened the doors of the housekeeping school on what was then known as Staring Avenue. As of mid-2009, part of the building was occupied by a partnership between Riwis Care & Welfare Foundation and Tactus Addiction Care where they housed clients. These homes were modernized by Grehamer & Company by upgrading the existing kitchens, new glazing and a number of insulation measures which contributes to more energy-efficient living.

Until 2009, the other part of the building was occupied by The School of Photography. After the departure of the school, this part of the building stood empty for more than 10 years. The building is now occupied by the Riwis Care & Welfare Foundation and Tactus Verslavingszorg
